Migrating from and 0.7.x Build
0.9.0 changed the way named branches are saved. A 0.9.0 binary is unaware of branch names created by older builds. If you want to keep branch names from an existing repository, make a note of their revisions before upgrading. You can re-create them in 0.9.0 with "vv branch add-head".
